About the guest speaker:

Anis Marrakchi is an economist. He is in charge of the fiscal governance in the European Union and of the bilateral economic surveillance of Greece and Italy. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, holds a diploma in Economics and Statistics from ENSAE Paris, and an M.A. in public policy from Science Po Paris.
