 **“Tunisia Will Not Be a Foreign Country:”** Ethnopluralism, “Demographic Allies” and the War of the Waves in the Mediterranean (1930-43)

 A lecture by **Luke Sebastian Scalone**

 Ph.D. Candidate in History at Northeastern University; Chargé des Programmes at the Centre d'Etudes Maghrébines à Tunis (CEMAT); currently completing a dissertation on the relationship between extreme-right

 settler movements and the colonial state in the 1930s and 1940s in Tunisia.

 This event will be held in person.
